Chartered Institute of Personnel Management Sri Lanka’s (CIPM’s) Standing Committee on National HR Data Hub with Research and Development Capabilities successfully conducted its 7th CIPM International Research Symposium on 25 & 26 May 2023 as an international event under the theme of “Transforming the Future of Work”. The event was held as a hybrid session.
It has concluded as the greatest scholarly event under the guidance of Mr. Ken Vijayakumar – President of CIPM Sri Lanka and Prof. Prasadini Gamage, Chairperson of the symposium.
The event consists of the following events:
- Panel discussion
- 10 technical sessions
- Presentation of National research project on “Attraction and retention of youth in paddy farming: Strategic perspective and policy guidelines for Sri Lanka”
- 5 case study presentations
